Deposits Required for Certain Services:

• A deposit is required when booking two or more services or services lasting 1 hour or more.
• A deposit will also be required for all new lash clients.
• The deposit amount will be 50% of the total service cost.
• Deposits can be made via credit card over the phone, e-transfer, or via our online booking form.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice:

• We kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice during regular business hours. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client.
• Please note that cancellations made by email or voice message cannot be accepted. To cancel or reschedule, please call the spa during business hours to speak with a team member directly. For example, if you are unable to attend a Tuesday appointment, please call before 4:00 PM on the preceding Saturday.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

We understand that unexpected situations arise; however, short-notice cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Accepted Payment Forms

We gladly accept credit card payments over the phone and e-transfers for your deposits. Additionally, for those who prefer convenience, online deposit payments are available when you book through our online booking form. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Calming & Tranquil Space

As our goal is to create a relaxing, calming, and tranquil space for everyone to enjoy, a space where they can give themselves the time they deserve, infants can no longer accompany their parents during services. Please note that if you bring your infant to your service, we will kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

We understand that childcare is not readily available to everyone; however, as we work with various chemicals and equipment that can cause injury, the safety and well-being of our guests are our top priority.

Update to Children’s Services

As of August 15, 2022, Elements Day Spa will implement minor changes to its Children’s Services as we continue caring for our guests’ wellness journey.

In that regard, we have decided to discontinue children’s pedicure and manicure services for guests under 12, excluding massage, as we understand that some of our ‘Littles’ come to address medical needs.

Please know that we did not make these changes hastily, as we are committed to introducing well-being practices to young people.
