24-Hour Cancellation Notice:

• We kindly ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice within business hours.
• The deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment.

For same-day cancellations or no-shows, clients will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

We understand that life happens, but late cancellations significantly affect our ability to serve other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.

We gladly accept credit card payments over the phone and e-transfer for your deposits. Additionally, for those who prefer convenience, online deposit payments are available when you book through our online booking form. If you have any inquiries, feel free to give us a call.

As of August 15, 2022, Elements Day Spa will implement minor changes to its Children’s Services as we continue caring for our guests’ wellness journey.

In saying that, we have decided to discontinue children’s pedicure & manicure services for guests under 12, excluding massage, as we understand some of our ‘Littles’ come to address medical needs.

Please know we did not make these changes quickly, as we love introducing well-being practices to youths.

As our goal is to create a relaxing, calming, and tranquil space for everyone to enjoy, a space to give themselves the time they deserve, infants can no longer accompany their parents for services. Please note that if you come to your service with your infant, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

We sympathize and understand that child care is not readily available to everyone; however, as we work with different chemicals and equipment that can cause injury, our guests’ safety and experience are first and foremost.
